Posted September 27, 2017

Clean Energy Week New Jersey“New Jersey needs to adopt more renewable energy and energy efficiency if we want a safe, healthy future for our state,” said Tom Gilbert, campaign director, ReThink Energy NJ and New Jersey Conservation Foundation.

“The direction of our state’s energy path must change, to emphasizing renewables and efficiency, in order to get on track to meet the 2050 goal in the Global Warming Response Act. With our current heavy reliance on natural gas, we’re on a trajectory to greatly exceed emission targets. Fortunately, it’s not too late — but we must act immediately and swiftly.”
