New Jersey Environmental Youth Training

The New Jersey Student Sustainability Coalition will be hosting the New Jersey Environmental Youth Training, a daylong training event for student environmental activists across the state to come together and develop environmental advocacy skills.

On Saturday, February 8, training sessions will be facilitated by leaders in New Jersey’s environmental sphere, from student organizations like New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG) Students and Greening Forward, to established national nonprofits like Food & Water Action and the Sierra Club.

The event, which will take place from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., is free to attend, food will be served, and youth of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. Students can register for the event here.
