PennEast Submits Out-of-Time Route Changes, FERC Urged to Halt Review

“There has not been a single federal or state agency comment in support of this project, nor an agency that has found FERC’s DEIS to be acceptable,” said Tom Gilbert, campaign director, New Jersey Conservation. “Considering the substantial concerns raised about inadequate data and significant environmental impacts, FERC must withdraw [PennEast’s] application.” Read more.
