NJDEP Public Hearing on NESE Water Permits

New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection will hold a joint public hearing for an application submitted to the Division of Land Use Regulation for a Coastal Wetland Permit, Flood Hazard Area Permit and Verification, an In-Water Waterfront Development Individual Permit and an Upland Waterfront Development Individual Permit and applications submitted to the Division of Water Supply & Geoscience for Temporary Dewatering permits for the proposed development of Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company LLC’s Northeast Supply Enhancement Project.
