FERC Delays PennEast for Third Time

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has again delayed the schedule for the completion of the final environmental impact statement (EIS) for the PennEast pipeline project.

The final EIS is now scheduled for April 7, 2017, with the 90-day Federal Authorization Decision Deadline on July 6, 2017.
