State Legislators: ‘NJ Cannot Be Ground Zero for Testing Safety of Unregulated Highly Explosive Fuel’

This week, in opposition to the Trump administration proposal to ship liquefied natural gas (LNG) by rail, five New Jersey legislators submitted a letter urging the Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration to conduct stringent review and analysis of any potential rail transport of LNG.
